The Intelli link screen is just without any signal. After stopping the engine, and starting the engine again, the screen is just black.Sometimes leaving the car for 20 minutes will reset the radio and make the screen work again, but there has been quite a few that has had to have the screen replaced. In order to return MyLink to a functional unit, you have to shut off the car, open the door, close the door, don't lock the car (I didn't anyways) and let it sit for 5 minutes or longer.
