Pyro is very low stat investment, as it doesn't scale with stats (just with the upgrade level of your glove). Since Quelaag's Furysword scales with DEX, and you get a small cast speed boost from high DEX anyway, I'd recommend eventually aiming for 45 DEX (max cast speed).

AT SL75 a pyro stands a good chance against a quality build. Quality built also are going to be limited to about 30/30 or so- I realize that I'm not accounting for the points dumped into attunement, but those are points quality builds typically have to spend elsewhere anyway. I think people really overthink builds at levels lower than the meta.
