Why is my usps package not moving.

My mail can come from California to Memphis Tn in one to two days, it gets to Memphis and just sits there going from facility to facility, 4 of them, and takes sometimes weeks to move on to my town. USPS complains about going broke, no wonder with IDIOTS like this. Why they think my mail has to circle around Memphis a couple of times is beyond me.So my package has been showing "Moving through Network" for 5 days already with no further updates. The only updates I got were from the day it shipped and that is it (See below for example).
